The Broadwater Subdivision was created as part of the Isle of Palms Community by ICI Homes in 1997. It contains 94 lots, most of which have access to the Intracoastal Waterway or back into a protected easement. Our community is located off of Beach Blvd and Eunice Road in the 32250 Area Code in Jacksonville, Florida. Our marshlands and wooded areas set us apart from other communities in the area.
